Completed sessions will take a few minutes to be displayed in the Chargifi Analyze app from the time you take a device off a Spot.
This ensures that any sessions with short gaps between them are recorded as one longer session for more accurate reporting.
Sessions under 60 seconds in length will not appear in Analyze.
If you still don't see your session data after a few minutes, check that time period you selected in the calendar includes today's date and use the refresh button in your browser to update the screen with any new data.
