Step 1. Assignment

• Removes the Neutron from it’s previously attached Spot if there is one
• Attaches a Neutron to a Spot
• Sets the `Assigned At` time on the Spot
• Attaches a Neutron to a Cloud Gateway

Potential Issues

• The Cloud Gateway has no space (already has 50 Neutrons attached)
• Solution: Add another Cloud Gateway to the installation and attach it to that instead.
• Cloud Gateway could not be found (very rare if installing via the Installer App)
• Solution: Check it exists and has been setup in the Installer App for that Job
