Alert Priority
Alerts that are triggered by specific events are assigned either a high or a medium priority.
Alerts are automatically given high priority in Chargifi Cloud if one of the following events has happened to a Spot:
- Spot is unreachable for longer than a specific length of time (meaning communication between the Spot and Chargifi Cloud has stopped completely)
- Unplugged (there is no connection to the power source)
Alerts given medium priority include the following Spot events:
- Isolated node
- Session deviation
- No activity for longer than a specified length of time
- Poor Wi-Fi signal
- Spot needs to be recalibrated for communication with Chargifi Cloud
-
Alert Type
A classification for alerts that are triggered when certain preconfigured conditions are met.
There are six alert types:
- Session Deviation
- Unreachable for over 3 hours
- Wi-Fi Signal Quality
- No Activity in over 7 Days
- Transmitter Unplugged
- Transmitter Miscalibrated
-
Base Reading
The electric current supply measured to the Spot is measured and read by the Chargifi Neutron in milliamperes (mA).
-
Beaconing
A status that is assigned to a transmitter under each heartbeat.
If the heartbeat inspection report shows the status Beaconing, then the transmitter is online and looking for devices it can connect with and charge.
-
Charging
A status assigned to the transmitter under each heartbeat.
If the inspection report shows the status charging, then the transmitter is online and charging a device wirelessly.
-
Heartbeat

The heartbeat is heard by Chargifi Cloud every 5 minutes if all is working well.
-
In Use
A status for a Spot that is displayed in the overview screen under Manage -> Spots.
The status In Use means that the Spot is currently being used by someone to charge their device.
-
Isolated Node

A Neutron alert is triggered by one of the following types of events:
- Unreachable for over 3 hours
- Session deviation
- No activity in over 7 days
- Isolated node
- Lost power
- Wi-Fi signal quality
-
Neutron Connectivity
Information that is displayed in the Manage app when the Neutron was connected to the network and Chargifi Cloud (online) and when it was offline and, therefore, not connected to the network or Chargifi Cloud.
Neutron connectivity is displayed in a graphic with offline periods shown as red and online / connected periods displayed in green.
-
No Activity in over 7 Days
A type of alert in the Manage app that tells a user the Spot hasn't been used for longer than one week.
-
Off
A status assigned to the transmitter under each heartbeat.
If the inspection report shows the status Off, then the transmitter is both offline and disconnected from a power source.
-
Offline
A status for a Spot that is displayed in the overview screen under Manage -> Spots.
The status Offline means that the Spot is not connected to the Wi-Fi.
-
On
A status assigned to the transmitter under each heartbeat.
If the inspection report shows the status On, then the transmitter is both connected to a power source but not online (disconnected from the Chargifi Neutron).
-
Online
A status for a Spot that is displayed in the overview screen under Manage -> Spots.
The status Online means that the Spot is connected to the Wi-Fi.
-
