Overview
You can manage your Spots remotely in Chargifi Cloud. There are a range of functions available for you to get an overview of how your Spots are doing and user action buttons to resolve any issues remotely.
Here is a list of detailed information you can see in the Manage app that will help you monitor your network closely:
Spot Details
Details | Explanation |
Serial |
Gateway serial number assigned by the manufacturer. |
Model |
Model number assigned by the manufacturer. |
Firmware Version |
Reference for the level of firmware installed most recently onto the Gateway. |
Wi-Fi MAC Address |
MAC addresses are recognizable as six groups of two digits, separated by hyphens, colons, or no separator. Example: D8:C4:6A:56:E3:F8 These are assigned by the manufacturer to the units as a unique identifier. You will require them if you need to whitelist the Gateway during the installation. |
Ethernet MAC Address |

Remotely trigger a buzzer so that a person on location can easily identify which Spot is being triggered. |
