Each Spot must be calibrated to ensure the Chargifi platform can analyse the transmitter’s performance and usage correctly.
To calibrate a Spot, remove all items around the transmitter and tap “Calibrate”.
Note: It is essential that nothing is on top of the table directly over or very near to the spot - especially not a charging Key, LED board, mobile device, or any metal objects.
If the calibration is successful, a green success message will appear and the user will be taken to the next step. Otherwise, an error message will appear.
