How can I redeploy Spots from one venue to another?

Overview

If you need to move Spots that have been installed already at a specific venue and now need to be repurposed and redeployed to another venue, you can set this up easily in your network in the Deploy app. To redeploy all the Spots from one venue to another, you simply need to move the entire venue to a different organization. 

Prerequisites

The venue you will be moving to a different organization must be an active venue.

Procedure

1. Go to Deploy -> Network.
   
   
2. Select the organization to which the venue is currently assigned from the Organization List.
   
   
3. Click on the wrench icon next to the venue you want to reassign in the Venue List.
   
   
4. Select Move.
   
   
5. In the pop-up, select the organization from the dropdown list to which you want to reassign the venue.

Note

You will lose any historical alerts associated with that venue once you move it to another organization.
