What is involved in testing a Spot?

Overview

Testing ensures that Chargifi Cloud detects a charging device as soon as the transmitter detects a compatible receiver (Qi-enabled mobile device).

Note

• You can test the transmission of power as soon as you plug in a Spot and set a Qi-enabled device on top of the Spot. Charging is not part of this test.
• If testing fails, the Neutron cannot send any data from any ensuing charging sessions to Chargifi Cloud.
• The online and offline status will be recorded only.
