Overview
Alerts can be resolved in the following ways:
- Manually
- Automatically
Procedure
Manual Alert Resolution
If you have a known issue (such as the Wi-Fi being down in a specific venue) and you want to clear your alerts, you can do this manually.
- Go to the Alerts section in the Manage app and find the alerts related to the venue for which the alert can be resolved manually.
- Click the checkmark icon.
Result
The alert disappears from the list of alerts and appears immediately as a manually resolved alert in the alerts overview.
The alert is marked as Manually Resolved until it is triggered again by another occurrence of the same issue.
Auto-Resolve Alerts
To resolve alerts remotely, select a Spot in the Spots section of the Manage app and choose one of the buttons in the top right to perform the following specific user actions on a Spot:
- Reboot Spot
If you receive alerts for a Spot regarding abnormally long charging sessions or a Spot has to be plugged back in again, then you may need to reboot the Spots remotely after the issue has been resolved. - Calibrate Spot
Calibration is the process of getting Neutrons onto the network. You may need to calibrate a Spot remotely if it is showing as being offline or not recognizable.
