Overview
You can manage your Cloud Gateways in the same way as you manage your Spots in Chargifi Cloud. There are a range of functions available for you to get an overview of how your network is doing and user action buttons to resolve any issues remotely.
Here is a list of detailed information you can see in the Manage app that will help you monitor your network closely:
Cloud Gateway Details
Details | Explanation |
Serial |
Gateway serial number assigned by the manufacturer. |
Model |
Model number assigned by the manufacturer. |
Firmware Version |
Reference for the level of firmware installed most recently onto the Gateway. |
Wi-Fi MAC Address |
MAC addresses are recognizable as six groups of two digits, separated by hyphens, colons, or no separator. Example: D8:C4:6A:56:E3:F8 These are assigned by the manufacturer to the units as a unique identifier. You will require them if you need to whitelist the Gateway during the installation. |
Ethernet MAC Address |

Neutron Provisioning |
Enabled / Disabled If Enabled, then the Gateway will listen for Neutrons that beacon as they search to provision onto the Gateway. |
Connected Via |
Example: Wi-Fi (Strength: Fair) |
Associated Neutrons |
The number of Neutrons that have been associated to the Gateway during the pairing process. |

Reboot |
Reboot the Gateway if it was disconnected and switched back on again. |

View details on the heartbeats of the Gateway to get insight into your network health. |
Configure |
Configure the Gateway remotely. |
Wipe Blacklist |
Remove any blacklisted Neutrons that you have provisioned onto a separate subnetwork in your venue. |
Disassociate from a Venue |
Remove a Gateway from a venue. You will have to manually reinstall and reconfigure all the Neutrons and Spots that are associated with this Gateway. If the Gateway is online, it will be factory reset. If it is not online, you will need to factory reset it manually when it next comes online. |
