What is Chargifi Analyze?

With the Chargifi Analyze app, you can view analytics data about how your Chargifi Spots are performing, what user consumption is like, and leverage the data to enhance profitability and business performance.

You can see information at a glance about wireless charging activity levels across your organization or venue, and you can use the interactive graphical features to drill down into more details about individual sessions and Spots in specific locations.

Analyze has the following main features:

• Visualization of wireless charging consumption and network performance by different organizational levels (organization, venue, zone, and even by individual Spot)

• Drilldowns through interactive visual pie charts and graphs of how long consumers spend charging at any one Spot at a time, for example, with the option to select different time periods

• Automatic email reports at regular intervals regarding Spot and network health

• A download option to allow you to share analytics information with colleagues and customers

  Note:

  There is a brief time lag between the end of a session and the analytics data being displayed in the app. This means that if the charging session starts up again (for example, if someone unintentionally or briefly moves their mobile device off the Spot and then puts it back on the Spot), then the session recording continues. The brief time lag ensures more accurate reporting.
