How do I assign an installer?

Overview

As a service provider, you can assign an installation company whose installation manager can then assign members of their team. However, if you do know who will be doing this for you, you can search for them using their email address.

Prerequisites

The job is in the Preparing or Installation Scheduled phase of the job workflow.

Procedure

1. Go to Deploy -> Jobs.
   
   
2. Select the job with the job status Preparing or Installation Scheduled and to which you want to assign installers.
   
   
   
   
3. Under Installation Company & Team, you can begin to assign installers. 
   
   

Result

Installers and installation managers will receive notification that they have been assigned a job in an automatic email from Chargifi.
