Prerequisites
Ensure your Chargifi Cloud administrator has created one of the following two types of accounts for you:
- Installation Manager
Installation managers have access to the following apps:
Installer app (mobile) to perform the installation job
Chargifi Cloud Deploy app to manage the installation job, perform administrative workflow-related tasks including submitting completed jobs for approval
- Installer
Installers have access to the mobile app only, and are responsible for fitting and configuring the SmartSpots.
They cannot make changes to job details.
Check that your mobile device meets these minimum requirements:
- iPhone: iOS 10+
Note: The app has been designed for iPhone, but it also works on iPads and iPods. - Android:
- Android Kitkat 4.4
- Bluetooth BLE Support
Ensure you have adjusted your mobile device security settings to accept third-party software downloads.
Procedure
To download and sign in to the Installer app, complete the following steps.
Note: If you have any difficulties, contact your Managed Service Provider by phone or email, and they will be able to help you to troubleshoot.

Download the app by clicking on the link in the automated email we sent you from support@chargifi.com.

Sign in to Installer with the user name and the password that we sent to you in the automated email.
You will be directed to the Installation Jobs page.
Once you have signed in successfully, your credentials are saved and you won't need to enter them again until you either sign out or you upgrade to a new version of the app.
