The integration with OneLogin lets you use OneLogin as your Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication service for accessing Chargifi. This adds an extra layer of security for our customers.

Prerequisites
To facilitate Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication with OneLogin and Chargifi Cloud, you’ll need to have the following:

- A OneLogin license
- Access to a OneLogin admin account
- A Chargifi SSO-enabled account
For users to be able to log on to Chargifi with their OneLogin account, they need to be created in Chargifi with the same email address as their OneLogin user.
Getting the required information
- Go to the Administration page of your company's domain on OneLogin.
- Go to Applications -> Add App.
- Search for the app named OpenId Connect (OIDC).
- Name the app Chargifi OIDC and click Save.
- Go to the Configuration tab and do the following:
- Add https://auth.chargifi.com/sso/authenticate under Redirect URLs - Add https://auth.chargifi.com/sso/onelogin/CHARGIFI_SSO_ALIAS in the Login Url field, where CHARGIFI_SSO_ALIAS is your Chargifi SSO integration alias. - Under the Users tab, add the users who should be allowed to use OneLogin SSO on Chargifi.
- Under the SSO tab, copy the Client ID, Client Secret and V2 Issuer URL.
How to setup a Chargifi OneLogin Integration
To integrate OneLogin with Chargifi Cloud, do the following:

- Go to Chargifi Cloud -> Develop -> SSO (Single Sign-On) -> OneLogin -> Manage Integration.
- Click Add OneLogin Integration.
- Enter a name you want to use for your alias which you used during configuration step from Getting the Required Information.
- Select your organization from the dropdown list.
- Paste your V2 Issuer URL in the Base URL field.
- Paste your Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding fields.
- Choose Create and Test Integration.
- You will see a confirmation message at the top of your screen and then you are automatically redirected to the OneLogin app.
Obtaining SSO access
You can manage your SSO keys yourself as long as you are an MSP administrator or an organization manager. If you are neither of these, then please contact your MSP administrator or organization manager for assistance.
