Help for Managed Service Providers

Overview

As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), you are tasked with taking care of administration and managing the entire lifecycle of Chargifi services and Spots on behalf of your clients.

Whether you have a single client who wants to install two Chargifi Spots at a specific location, or a portfolio of larger corporate clients with hundreds of Spots they want to install in various venues, Chargifi Cloud apps equip you to manage your services in a way that is easy, seamless, and professional.

Role

As MSP, you will have the role of administrator in Chargifi Cloud. You will have access to all your organizations (clients) and venues within your organizations.

You will also have access to all apps in Chargifi Cloud.

Tasks

Your tasks include the following in Chargifi Cloud:

• Create administrator user accounts for other people
• Create installation companies
• Create general user accounts for installers
• Create general user accounts for venue managers
