Alerts that are triggered by specific events are assigned either a high or a medium priority.
Alerts are automatically given high priority in Chargifi Cloud if one of the following events has happened to a SmartSpot:
- SmartSpot is unreachable for longer than a specific length of time (meaning communication between the SmartSpot and Chargifi Cloud has stopped completely)
- Unplugged (there is no connection to the power source)
