If you want to make changes to one of the venues in your network, for example, if the floor plan changes or SmartSpots are moved around to different areas within the venue, you can do this easily by editing the zones and surfaces in the Deploy app.
You have created a venue within your organization.
- Go to Deploy -> Network.
- Select the organization to which the venue is currently assigned from the Organization List.
- Click on the wrench icon next to the venue you want to make changes to in the Venue List.
- Select Edit.
- You can now make the following changes to your venue:

Change the type of business industry to which the venue belongs.
For example, you can change the venue from Food & Beverage to Education.
Change the time frame during which maintenance can be done at the venue.
Change whether the venue is in demonstration mode or not.
For example, if you created the venue for sales purposes only in your network and you had the demo mode setting switched on to ensure the venue wouldn't generate any network statistics.
You have the following charging options available for your venue:
Anyone can charge their devices.
The venue requires users who wish to avail themselves of wireless charging services to download an app first before they can unlock the SmartSpot and begin wirelessly charging their device.
Anyone can charge their devices, but if users at the venue have a venue-specific app downloaded on their phone, then the wireless charging sessions can be associated with those users and the data used for analytics and business purposes.
Update the street address of your venue.
Update the time zone of your venue.
