No need to panic! We've got a couple of steps to help with a Spot that is constantly showing as in-use:
1) Remote reboot your Spot by following the instructions in this article 'What happens when I click Reboot on a Spot?'
2) If the remote reboot doesn't solve your issue, check whether someone has left a device or receiver on the Spot.
3) If steps 1 and 2 don't resolve your issue you will need to use Deploy to 'Replace' the Spot. Follow the instructions on this article 'If I need to replace some hardware on a Spot, what do I do?'
