You'll be happy to hear that our Alerts are clever enough to resolve themselves once an issue has been resolved! For instance, an Alert that a Spot is off-line will disappear once the Spot appears online. To find out more about what alerts you can receive, go to this link.
If you have a known issue (like your WiFi is currently down) and want to clear your alerts, you can do this manually. Navigate to the Alert and resolve it by clicking on the big tick to the right. This will ensure that the alert is marked as resolved until it is triggered again by another occurrence of the same issue.
