The good news is that you are in control of how often you get alerts! For instance, if you subscribe to the 'Daily Alert Feed' email, you will only receive a summary of outstanding alerts each day that you can click through to view more information and resolve issues.
You can easily set your own rules for when you receive an alert. To do this head over to the 'Alerts Feed' section and select the 'Customer Alerts' option in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
