To access the inspection graphs, navigate to the 'Network' section. Select an Organisation, then a Venue. You will then see a wrench button next the Spots under the 'Spots List'. Click on this and choose 'Inspect Health'. Under the 'Inspections' tab, click on any of the rows in the table to bring up the inspection graph.
If no graphs appear and your Spot is online, click on 'Inspect Now' and a new graph will be created for you by fetching data from the ECM (External Communication Module).
The graphs will show the power, in Watts, of the transmitter and show you what the transmitter is doing. Here is a quick guide to what you might see in your graph:
- Spike & Troughs : these mean that the transmitter is acting like a 'beacon' and is searching for a device to charge
- Nearly Horizontal Line High Up The Y Axis: this means that the transmitter is charging a device
- Nearly Horizontal Line Low Down On The X Axis: this means that the transmitter is turned off
- Other Shapes: this could mean there are other elements affecting the transmitter such as metal nearby.
