If you need to remotely reboot a Spot you can do this from the Deploy app. In the 'Network' section click through to the Venue details by choosing the Organisation and Venue you want to look at.
In the 'Spots List' click on the wrench icon next to the Spot you want to reboot and click 'Reboot'. This option won't be available if the Spot isn't set up or is offline.
Remember that you need to have an Administrator account to access the Deploy app so if you don't have access to this app and need to reboot a Spot - ask an administrator in your company to do this for you or to add you as an administrator - this article will tell them how to do this.
