To schedule a Job, navigate to the 'Jobs' section in Deploy and pick a Job from the list.
On the right-hand side of the screen you will see the status of your Jobs along the 4-step process.
If your job is in the 'Preparing' stage, as the example above, and you want to schedule it, simply click on the 'Schedule Job' button. This will let the installation company know that your job is ready.
To change the status of your job just use the buttons in the 'Status section', this can be done at any time in the process.
Remember that you need to have an Administrator account to access the Deploy app so if you don't have access to this app and need to schedule a job - ask an administrator in your company to do this for you or to add you as an administrator - this article will tell them how to do this.
