If you are having issues with commissioning the SmartSpots, check the following:
Is your WiFi 2.4 GHz?
Are you using a captive portal?
Have you whitelisted your MAC address if you're using a captive portal?
If activation fails, try using your smartphone’s hotspot to complete the activation.
If calibration fails, ensure that all cables are properly connected to the hardware and try calibrating again.
If you are having issues with your Installer app, contact your Managed Service Provider by phone or email who will be able to help you troubleshoot further.
